We hang up the phone. You are ready to jump on board.
First of all, you made the best choice! Congratulations.
But, it's now when the real work begins. In order to take over your Adwords account and start building and/or optimising we need to ensure that we are on the same page here - we communicate and understand each other.
In order to do my job well I need access to the following:
- Google Analytics
- Google Adwords (of course)
- Google Merchant Centre (if we do PLAs)
- Google Tag Manager
- Introduction to the dev team
- Landing Page Provider
- Google Search Console
Goals, KPIs and Understanding
Each client, each website is different. Each one requires a custom setup specific to it's needs before it starts generating traffic and money. My understanding of your business, PPC knowledge and experience, and an industry analysis will contribute to creating the most effective Adwords Strategy possible to move forward. A great setup is the foundation to PPC success.
During on-boarding face we will define the business goals; key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that we track everything on-page.
Website and Landing Pages Review
When a visitor clicks on an Ad, they're taken to a landing page - a web page whose sole purpose is to entice people to take action. If done well, it could be the most effective marketing weapon in your arsenal. My job at this stage will be to check if your landing page provides the best user experience and maybe suggest things - quick wins - that will help us convert more visitors into clients.
Optimising a landing page for relevance can include: (1) A strong headline, (2) attractive design, (3) convincing copy, (4) user-friendly form and (5) a CTA button.
Develop Strategy and Setup the Campaigns
Developing an Adwords strategy is crucial. From keyword targeting to dynamic re-marketing we need to spend time in order to create something that is effective and scalable for growth. Even Campaign naming is more important than it sounds. It will save time in the future with filters, tools etc. I will design and build effective, organised and scalable campaigns using Google's Best Practices.
The account will be ready for optimum ROI with minimum wasted spend (Negative Keywords utilisation) and you can follow along the process.
Management, Optimisation & Growth
As the Adwords platform continue to evolve. As the user searches continue to change, your success depends on adapting to ongoing changes. I will fully manage the account, always available for Questions, Concerns or Ideas. The detailed conversion tracking and reporting will guide the way for growth and revenue. As said before, you are not tied in a long-term contract. I am confident enough to offer a month-to-month agreement.
